Advanced operation

Delete from the directory

• Press / or MENU/SELECT three times to enter the directory.

• Press or to scroll to the desired entry and then press

MENU/SELECT.

To delete an entry

• Press REMOVE. The screen displays DELETED and you’ll hear a

conrmation beep.

To delete all entries

• Press and hold REMOVE.

• The screen displays DELETE ALL? Press MENU/SELECT.

• The screen displays DELETED and you’ll hear a conrmation beep.

Edit an entry in the directory

• Press / or MENU/SELECT three times to enter the directory.

• Press or to scroll to the desired entry or use the alphabeticalto scroll to the desired entry or use the alphabetical

search to nd the number. Press MENU/SELECT.

he screen displays ENTER NUMBER. Press REMOVE to backspace

and erase a number. Use the keypad to edit the number and pressthe keypad to edit the number and presspress

MENU/SELECT.

• The screen displays ENTER NAME. Press REMOVE to backspace

and erase a character or press and hold REMOVE to delete the entire

name, and then use the keypad to edit the name (see Character chart

on page 16) and then press MENU/SELECT.

• The screen displays STORED and you’ll hear a conrmation beep.
